Main Purpose of Job
To ensure that all incoming telephone calls are answered promptly and according to the D. M. Keith standards.
To welcome all dealership and showroom visitors.
To act as Dealership Ambassador and Showroom host, ensuring customers receive a warm friendly welcome.
To show the customers round, explaining the dealership layout to them.
To keep the customer waiting area clean, with cups replenished regularly.
To ensure that all telephone calls are answered within three rings.
To ensure that all telephone connections are made promptly, avoiding keeping customers on hold.
To pass on messages promptly and accurately.
Administration
To assist Sales Administration during busy periods, cover for annual leave and illness.
Ensure that all documentation is processed quickly and accurately and stored safely and to preserve confidentiality.
To ensure that accurate records are kept and updated daily.
Provide information and reports to the Dealer Principal routinely and on request in accordance with D.M. Keith policy – stock sales and debtors reports.
Initiate and mail out daily customer contact and marketing letters.
Communication and Interaction
To attend dealership meetings as and when required
Working hours: 9am to 5pm Saturday
