Why this job matters
The role holder will be responsible for the in-life management of BT’s people systems specifically the Performance and Goals and Succession and Career Development modules of SuccessFactors. Key activities will include solution design, build, test and issue management, seeking to optimise the cost to serve and the colleague experience. They are responsible for the business administration and configuration of the People Systems. They will work closely with colleagues across the wider People Systems & Data team as the future systems roadmap is developed and delivered, taking accountability for all in-life functionality for the Talent Development modules. As part of in-life management, the role holder will play a key role in ensuring BT continues to fully exploit and benefit from future product developments working across the community, HR, vendors, and other customers.
What you’ll be doing
1. Responsible for the global processes and system(s) within your SME specialised area.
2. Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in various internal and external user groups.
3. Partner with key stakeholders, Global Process Owners, Product Owners, Solution Administrators, Technology and vendors sharing knowledge and delivering the expected colleague experience.
4. Accountable for the configuration, maintenance and operation of the system(s)
5. Responsible for managing SaaS Updates and change requests.
6. Responsible for providing in-life support for colleague issues.
What you'll bring
  • Previous experience as an administrator on SAP SuccessFactors or other HR Saas solution.
  • Working in a large-scale global organisation, with complex matrix team working and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of the HR function within a global corporate organisation including local HR legislation impacts on systems and processes.
  • Vendor accreditation - Preferred
