Job Description
NOTE: This is not a functional/Architect role
- The SAP Administrator / Co-ordinator will provide support to the SAP Team Leader and work alongside other Service Co-ordinators within the business.
- The current SAP business is about to transition into the main SAP System so providing help and support in this area will be required.
- Learning and understanding current SAP processes (training will be given)
- Become SAP Super User providing support to end users
- Assist with Customer Master Data requests
- Inputting Customer details
- Inputting Timesheets into SAP and carrying out time transfers.
- Provide weekly SAP tracking reports for Contract Managers
- Preparing and Raising Customer Invoices
- Managing current workflow and helping to understand new SAP requirements and implementing effective data transfer strategies to enable a smooth transition to the main SAP System
- Liaising with Contract Managers and Contracts Manager to provide SAP Support
- Work in collaboration with others to deliver agreed outcomes ie company shared services team for Customer Disputes, Credit Control and Master Data Team for New Customer details.
Experience & Further Qualifications
- High competency level of SAP is required for this role
- Good Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word & especially Excel) is required
- Good communication skills
- Self confident, approachable, flexible
