The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a B2B Training Content Executive. This is a Fixed term contract position with Blue Square, supporting and working closely with our client Samsung, offering a salary between £30,000 – £35,000 per annum.

The Role
The B2B Training Content Executive is responsible for content creation, delivery and evaluation across product categories specified in B2B MX for the Samsung One Partner Program.
This includes design, copywriting, and creating training using Articulate, Adobe, and Microsoft authoring tools. You will work with key stakeholders across B2B and you will coordinate and create content leveraging existing resources and new material. You will demonstrate a sound understanding of the precise requirements for MX B2B showing versatility in covering mobile, memory and display.
You are responsible for localising HQ training messaging for the B2B market in line with the overall B2B MX vision and objectives. You work with key stakeholders to deliver excellence aligning with Samsung’s B2B strategy house.
You work to strict deadlines delivering varied content types including newsfeed posts, short-form bite-size learning, and long-form certification-style learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating training material in line with wider MX vision, tailored to the B2B audience and direction, driving overall product recommendation and learning for Mobile, Display and Memory
Utilise Articulate to design training from reference aids and assets
Drive innovation, devising fresh ways to build knowledge and demonstrate ROI
Maintain a good understanding of competitor activity
Develop best-in-class execution of learning through existing touchpoints, taking advantage of recent trends in learning behaviours
Operate as a brand ambassador and within the set guidelines of the role and best practices of Blue Square & Samsung
Skill and Experience
Essential:
Experience in using Articulate and designing training content & delivering training is desirable
Previous experience in a similar role within a B2B Product environment is desirable
Outstanding communication skills
Attention to detail
Computer literate
Ability to create and manage relationships with stakeholders
