Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates understanding of personal sales goals and KPIs and strives to hit targets set.

  • Exhibits exceptional customer service with a solution orientated mindset.
  • Takes pride in the store and maintains the standards on the sales floor.
  • Welcomes the occasional physical nature of the varied role whilst maintaining a positive attitude, for example: Early Deliveries, Storage Room organisation, Manual Handling and being on your feet for long periods of time.

Preferred Skills & Qualities

  • Previous retail sales experience, in a service led environment.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Positive attitude.
