IWNL are currently recruiting for a Sampling and Regulations Technician to carry out water sampling, on-site analysis of drinking water and the inspection of plumbing systems. This is a full time, permanent position and will be covering the North area. You will ideally be based in and around Manchester and Leeds.

Responsibilities will include -

· Represent IWNL as an ambassador of Water Quality for the business

· Unscheduled visits mainly to residential and some commercial properties

· Liaise with members of the public and provide excellent customer service

· Prepare, calibrate, operate and maintain equipment

· Conduct daily quality control analysis

· Analysis of chlorine, temperature, taste, odour and turbidity

· Inspections of plumbing systems, ensuring they are compliant

· Identify any risk to water quality

· Ensure we are in accordance with DWTS UKAS 17025 standard

· Full UK driving license

· Excellent communication skills

· Comfortable with lone working

· Ability to manage own workload and effectively plan

· Excellent customer service skills

· Exceptional record keeping skills

· High attention to detail and organisation
