Recruitment Assistant
Duties:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates and deliver
exceptional levels of customer service through the recruitment process
- Assist with the recruitment process, including matching clients and candidates by assessing
the needs of both and effectively screening, interviewing and assessing candidates to
achieve the desired results
- Proactively sourcing locum roles building solid client relationships and managing existing
client relationships in addition to sourcing new clients
- Manage social media accounts to promote job openings and engage with potential
candidates
- Assist with cold calling and outreach efforts to potential candidates
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purpose
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Career driven and hardworking with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The ability to demonstrate a track record of delivering exceptional levels of customer
service with a good telephone manner
- Experience with Microsoft packages
