We are hiring ambitious Salon Managers to join our team.

The role of a Townhouse Salon Manager:
- To deliver high quality treatments. Our Salon Manager work 50% on treatment and 50% of leadership of their team in the salon
- Ensuring Townhouse customer satisfaction
- General salon duties such as keeping the salon presentable and replenishing stock
- Periodically assist with other duties where necessary including training, front of house and support to the rest of the therapist team
- Be a Townhouse Ambassador
- Managing the employees on shift to ensure they are performing
- Effectively problem solving any client or employee issues which may arise
- Being a Leader through example
- Achieving and exceeding set KPI’s
- Leading, coaching, and developing the team: Providing constructive feedback to employees
- Effectively and consistently delivering the strategy and vision of the Company
- Achieving the highest salon ranking on Google reviews
- Being proactive in terms of employee engagement, driving high service levels and reviewing operational processes
- Influencing key internal and external stakeholders by demonstrating sound business and commercial acumen
- Full time (5 days, 8-hour shifts or 4 days, 10-hour shifts)
About you:
- Nail Tech with salon experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent spoken English
- NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy or equivalent is preferred (but not essential)
