Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Proactively identify and target potential clients within the real estate and construction industry to expand our client base.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our offerings to potential clients.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and contracts to secure profitable deals for both the client and the company.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed set sales targets and KPIs consistently.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the real estate or construction industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the real estate and construction market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A valid driver's license and access to transportation may be required for client visits.
