AI Trailer Lease, Inc., a family-owned business in the semi trailer leasing and transportation business is currently looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Representative with a strong customer service, sales background, and the ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers. We will pay an extremely competitive base salary and provide paid training. All candidates will possess the following skills, abilities, and experience:
- Minimum 2-years of outside sales experience and the ability to generate new business leads are required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of trailer leasing or related transportaion experience is required.
- Ability to learn our company’s business, software, policy, and procedures.
- Provide sales forecasting & planning to the company owners.
- Ability to achieve assigned monthly sales goals.
- Ability to work a set schedule Monday through Friday with some travel required.
- Proven closing abilities and skills to gain access to key decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, friendly manner, excellent customer service attitude, and abilities.
- Enthusiastic, initiative-taking, organized, responsible, dependable team player, and punctual.
- Proficient in essential computer and basic math skills. i.e., word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and the ability to pass a background check.
- Perform other related work duties as required by the owners.
