Job Title: Salesforce Administrator
Temporary: 3-4 months Temporary (40 Hour Work Week)
DEPARTMENT: Project Management & Operations
Reports: VP of PMO & Operations
Pay Rate: $35-$42

Position Summary:
System Analysis and Optimization:
Analyze existing operational systems and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and propose solutions.
Design and implement efficient workflows to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Automation and Scripting:
Utilize Python to develop scripts and automation tools.
Automate repetitive tasks to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
Integrate systems and applications to enable seamless data flow and process synchronization.
Salesforce Administration:
Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations.
Maintaining the security and integrity of the platform data.
Data Management and Analysis:
Handle large datasets and perform data cleansing, transformation, and analysis.
Develop reports and dashboards to monitor operational KPIs and provide insights.
Identify data discrepancies and implement data quality controls.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and or a combination of certifications and related experience
Proficiency in Python programming.
Strong knowledge of automation and customization within Salesforce.
Understanding of operational processes and workflows.
Experience with system analysis, optimization, and automation.
Familiarity with data management, cleansing, and analysis.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer).
Experience with other programming languages
Familiarity with agile methodologies
