Home-based Booking Team Leader (Evenings)
Job description
As a Booking Team Leader, you will take ownership of the incoming bookings and queries, ensuring the smooth running of appointments on our system. You will also line manage other members of the Bookings Team, which includes providing support and training as needed, as well as completing monitoring tasks and review meetings.
One part-time position is currently available, working Monday - Friday, 5pm - 10pm. The salary offered for this is £18,750 per annum (FTE £30,000).
Whilst the position is home-based, you should live in England or Wales and be happy to commute to Hampshire (or the surrounding area) for in-person meetings and co-working days, which are currently held every quarter.

Required skills
- 2+ years of Team Leader experience (or equivalent ‘management' experience)
- 2+ years of experience working from home
- Ability to work productively unsupervised
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent administrational, attention to detail and data entry skills
- A calm and professional telephone manner
- Fluency in English – both verbal and written
- Maths - for basic calculations
- Tech Savvy - working remotely means that we rely on technology a lot, we are also a ‘PropTech' company

- Someone who is happy and able to work from home productively
- Someone who can multi-task and prioritise their workload well in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who is happy to pick up the phone and build rapport quickly

Things to consider
You will need to have an Office Set-up at home which is free from distractions and noise, as well as your own laptop and high-speed broadband.
