We are looking for an entry level to junior level Salesfoce Administrator to join our Internal Systems and Integrations Team. The role will focus on supporting and enhancing DaySmart’s Salesforce operations, carry out daily Salesforce requests, take on project work related to enhancing Salesforce and providing the best possible support to DaySmart’s application users.

Additional areas of focus include:
- User Support: Assist users with Salesforce-related issues, questions, and training.
- Configuration: Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements by configuring objects, fields, workflows, and approval processes
- Data Management: Perform data imports, exports, updates, and cleanups, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Reports and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and track key performance indicators.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, security settings, and data backups.
- User Management: Create and manage user accounts, profiles, and permission sets to control access and maintain security.
- Documentation: Document processes, procedures, and system changes for future reference
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree with academic or industry experience with systems analytics, business analytics, or computer systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to analyze and resolve user issues and provide technical support.
- Technical aptitude.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and system configurations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments within deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new Salesforce features and updates.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and its various features and modules is preferred.
