Hourly Pay: £11.50
Contract (per week): 10-20 hours

Your Role

We are seeking hard working passionate individuals that strive to deliver exceptional levels of service whilst assisting in maintaining high building standards. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service, assisting with the preparation for any new residents moving in, conducting regular building security walks, complying with health and safety regulations, and helping maintain the cleanliness of the communal facilities to ensure the residents have a high level of standards in their surroundings.

As a Customer Service Assistant for Vita Living, you will work closely with the management team to ensure the building runs effortlessly whilst delivering the best experience to the residents that live with us. It is essential that the building is always prepared for visitors, so we are ready to showcase the site. You should be passionate about getting to know the residents and wanting to deliver the best experience for them whether that be through a daily chat or silent service via building standards. It is essential to have initiative so you can identify tasks that need completing without needing consistent direction as well as having great time management skills.

You should be well presented, have high personal standards, and have a good standard of communication in English.

Role responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents and guest
  • Managing any customer queries and escalating where necessary
  • Checking and maintaining health and safety compliance within the building
  • Maintaining the cleanliness standards within the building
  • Managing the front desk function including some general administrative tasks
  • Promoting events within the building and any Vita Living strategies
  • Monitoring the check in report to set up new residents moving in the following day on the door entry system
  • Preparing inventories for new move in’s
  • Reporting and actioning (where possible) any maintenance issues identified within the building/apartments
  • Providing a comprehensive handover when another team member is commencing their shift
  • Maintaining a professional yet friendly relationship with residents on site

Reporting

This role will report to the management team. Performance will be measured against customer satisfaction surveys, Resident feedback, and fulfilment of task list

Role Requirements

The ideal candidate will;

  • Be service focused and have a passion for delivering the best customer experience
  • Have a strong ability to communicate with team members, customers, and stakeholders alike
  • Possess excellent personal time management and prioritisation skills
  • Be self-motivated and able to work on initiative
  • Preferably have previous experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Be well presented
