- Evaluate and install new SFDC releases as required.
- Identify problems, solutions and requirements within our Salesforce platform and stakeholder groups. Analyse and translate the needs of internal users (implementation projects, improvements, support).
- Create, import, manage, clean, and organise all data, Analysing and correcting errors.
- Perform mass data loading (extract, transform and load) and database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Bring expertise on the technical aspects including data model and architecture choices to allow a scalable solution (knowing tooling limitations as the API, CPU, limits rate, impact on pre-processing in Looker - our BI tool).
- Document processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
- Work with our analytics team to build reporting dashboards.
- Mentor and up-skill fellow team members in the Growth Team, and be on hand to pick up Sales Support tasks from the rest of the team as required
We are a match if you have...
- Experience as a Salesforce Consultant/Developer, ideally in an international and sales-heavy B2B environment.
- Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams. Familiarity with partnership models is a big plus.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architectural structures and dashboards creation; Looker experience is a big plus.
- Solid experience of configuring and developing Salesforce modules such as Sales, CX, and Marketing, building custom apps and objects.
- Previous experience in Salesforce implementations and deployments, end-user training and data integrations.
- Successful track record operating, partnering with and influencing stakeholders.
- Great organisation skills (prioritisation of tasks, agile ways of working) and previous experience leading end-to-end projects, from requirements gathering, recommendation of Salesforce features and proposing a clear roadmap.
- Strong research, reporting and analytical skills, ensuring data hygiene and integrity.
- Thirst for knowledge, self-motivated mindset and ability to solve unstructured problems where ownership is unclear.
