Project Everest Co-ordinator (Client Service)
Job Description
The successful candidate will report into the Client Service Director. The role supports across a broad range of activities.
The role would be responsible for the following:
- Diary and Calendar support for the Client Service Director who leads Project Everest Design Authority

Own and support the logistical requirements for Project Everest Newco events and engagement activities. This includes:
- Completing room bookings, room set up and catering requests
- Liaising with leadership EAs to complete diary management tasks
- Owning and updating invite lists
- Using event management platforms (e.g Cvent or MS Forms)
- Travel research and booking (mainly to the US)
- Preparing briefing documents

Support the Client Service Director on the governance around the key strategic growth pillars aligned to client (incl. pricing, account growth strategy including G360 GCSPs engagement, EY Convene and Saturn priority sector growth and engagement including client coverage). Example of the role the individual will undertake as part of this project appointment:
- Supporting the UK Director of client service to deliver on EY Convene will a critical success factor for the financial year – the successful candidate will work alongside the core project team to the creation of key events across our FTSE 50 clients at a CEO level. Acting as key point of contact for the CEOs office for speakers, guests and senior EY leadership will be a key ask
- Supporting other ad-hoc activities including set up campaign governance / ‘power of 5’, and events (CEO Women’s dinner), and other strategic initiatives as required by the MP and Director for Client Service. The role and responsibilities are not limited to the job description and may adapt as the project evolves

Required knowledge, skills, and behaviours
- Knowledge and experience of supporting large scale events
- Experience of project co-ordination

- Proficient at use of Microsoft, especially Excel and MS Forms
