ONE Homes is part of the ONE Group with sister companies ONE Investments and ONE Capital. The group has projects across the world including the United Kingdom, Dubai and Pakistan.
We currently have opportunities for a motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team in our brand new London office.
The Role:
- Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Assess configuration changes and implement to the following: Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- End user & Stakeholder management: Own the communication of any platform changes
- Collaborate to building platform roadmaps and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- System maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Must be Salesforce certified Administrator and App builder
Requirements:
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
- A bachelor's degree in computer science would be advantageous
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
