Next Ventures are searching for a freelance Salesforce Administrator for a very long term ( end of '24 ) contract with a London based company.

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be charged with improving the effectiveness of the CRM, ensuring it’s fit-for-purpose, instilling data management disciplines, and then exploiting the full potential that Salesforce can offer. The role will be the custodian of all client data and highlight any potential risk to the client under various data protection laws. Additionally, they will take the lead on all Pardot communications to instil best practice to improve open and click through rates. They will ensure that the integration and transfer of data between Pardot and Salesforce is effective. They will help with key initiatives like lead scoring to help the business deliver on KPIs.

This role requires a fully trained Salesforce specialist who is experienced in all its applications and functionality, they will need a deep understanding of B2B marketing and have an aptitude in stakeholder management and consultation. They will be able improve what we need, but essentially identify undiscovered opportunities.

• Review existing usage of applications with recommendations for change.
• Audit existing CRM data, fields and reports with an outlook to improve the existing platform to drive efficiencies and accountabilities.
• Over time, recommend implement the optimal usage of marketing automation and ABM functionalities

Start: ASAP
Location: Remote with occasional travel to London (1 day per week)
