To be successful in this role, you should:
Have experience in a sales coaching and business development or marketing role and a passion for helping others succeed. The role's initial and primary focus will be to support our salespeople to grow, develop and master their knowledge of our solutions in print and digital sales.
- Coaching and supporting the knowledge and skills of our sales specialists.
- Working with the sales director to drive the company and region targets.
- Setting and monitoring performance across the team
- Growth and recruitment
- Liaising alongside key stakeholders, such as Sales Directors & Managing Directors to ensure that commercial tactics, and sales focus, are enabled and grow.
- Through the tactical focus provided by your sales director you will oversee growth for the centre KPIs.
These can be summarised as;
- To increase industry knowledge and confidence in our people by investing in techniques such as duel calling, sales visits and other training and growth opportunities.
- To develop revenue streams, customer numbers and customer values through value-led sales opportunities.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in a related sales management or coaching role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of presenting to forums.
- Ability to analyse and contextualise data and trends.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to self-start.
- Project management experience.
