EPOS Direct is a leading supplier of technology solutions to the Retail and Hospitality businesses across the UK. Our customers are typically the SME and we supply packaged POS systems to payments, websites and more, all backed up by our global support teams.
We are now looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to support the business in its objectives to grow.
On offer is a generous basic salary, plus commission.
The role is office based, Monday – Friday, in Loughton, Essex.
Job purpose summary:
Reporting to the Sales Director;
· Build, Lead and motivate the sales team, coaching them to exceed targets
· Support the business in its objectives to grow through marketing activities and developing new relationships
· The role will be suited to a hands on Sales professional who is excited to get involved and support the team objective by making their own sales and developing new accounts.
The person
· Ideally Degree educated, or able to demonstrate a comparable level of experience
· Demonstrable experience in managing a team and typical sales department processes.
· Able to demonstrate competency in coaching and motivating the sales team
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Previous use of a CRM
· Ability to write proposals and business plans
· Marketing experience would be advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £45,000.00 per year
