Job description
KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of electronic discovery, information governance and data recovery services, is currently seeking an eDiscovery Analyst for an exciting new opportunity.
This position will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the EMEA Sales Team and work closely with the Global Proposal Response Team. They will have a passion for administration and a keen interest in sales, excellent attention to detail and first-class organization skills.
Remote, work from home opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Fielding incoming calls and emails, ensuring they are answered promptly, professionally and directed accurately
- Responding to internal and external queriesand requests for information – in particular, queries relating to invoicing, documentation, and audits
- Recording and managing data within our CRM (Salesforce), as directed by the Sales Team
- Supporting the team with customer service and engaging with prospective clients by phone, email and in person at events/personal visits
- Arranging and minute-taking at internal and external meetings, where required
- Support the Sales Team with diarymanagement and any other ad-hoc requests
- Occasional travel within the UK will be required
Education, Experience & Skills
- Admin, sales, or legal experience, with a focus on customerservice
- Good IT skills and comfortable using spreadsheets/handling data (experience of using CRM systems or databases would be an advantage)
- Computer literate – with demonstrable experience in Microsoft packages and MS Outlook is required
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Strong communication skills;an excellent telephone manner
- Well presented with a professional approach
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Uses initiative, is flexible and hardworking

- An interest in sales and technology is essential
