(Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and two days at home) The role will support in providing administration support to the UK sales and marketing teams including co-ordinating conferences and marketing materials. In addition to providing marketing support to ensure smooth running of all day to day and project marketing activities. What You Will Do In this fast paced role you will be responsible for : Drive trade shows , conferences, and educational events collateral management and sample fulfilment with excellence Executing Marketing Operations part of marketing plans according to brief. Plan and coordinate and participate in conferences, events, exhibitions and/or marketing seminars, coordinate design and production of trade show booth and displays (where applicable) Be responsible for end-to-end logistics for trade show material, collateral and sample distribution Create detailed timelines and secure project management of Marketing Operations tasks Overall responsible of excellence in execution and ROI Facilitate close and effective collaboration on Marketing Operations topics between sales teams, CRM/CE teams and local Marketing organization Facilitate literature for the sales force, working closely with the product managers and printers obtain quotes and to maintain stock levels in the fulfilment warehouse Admin support for several digital platforms including PATH Manage Inco complaints end to end (logging, Indigo interactions, defect stock back to factories etc ) Produce formulary flyers and product guides for Inco and Medical Customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of CS Process NI samples on SAP Generate new patient letters & welcome to service letters (in conjunction with new implementations) Responsible for raising Pos and working with invoicetrak to ensure timely payments to suppliers Who You Are The ideal candidate will have: Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to proactively introduce administration processes for sales and marketing team to improve efficiency Enthusiastic and able to work independently to achieve agreed short-term objectives to support the brand team.
