Job description

Arya House is seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our young, diverse, and innovative team. As a Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional digital experiences for our clients. You will collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to bring our clients' visions to life through cutting-edge websites and web applications.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain websites and web applications using modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Collaborate closely with designers to translate mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces.

Implement dynamic functionalities and interactive elements using JavaScript libraries and frameworks.

Optimize websites and applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility by conducting thorough testing and debugging.

Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic and databases.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our development process and deliver exceptional results.

Work closely with project managers and clients to understand project requirements, provide accurate estimations, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Collaborate in a team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a Web Developer, demonstrating proficiency in front-end development and familiarity with back-end development concepts.

Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Familiarity with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby) and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicate effectively, and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
