Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Hybrid/Remote
Salary: £24,100 - £27,300; plus £1,000 bonus opportunity per annum
Hours: (40) Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm
At Lookers Group Fleet Gateshead, we have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our experienced and growing team of six, with a flexible hybrid approach. As a Sales Support Advisor, you will ensure Car Leasing Hub customers are provided with great service and deals are progressed accurately and in line with company defined procedures.
Here at Lookers Group Fleet Gateshead, you will report to the accomplished Digital Operations Manager Steve Carney, who will give on-going support to ensure you have the tools needed to succeed in your role.
Responsibilities:Some responsibilities may include:
- Providing vehicle quotes on the online Fleet dealer management system (the hub)
- Arranging vehicle deliveries
- Loading deal information and financial proposals on the hub
- Maintaining internal records and reporting systems
- Managing effective relationships with dealers and delivery agents
- Liaising with funders on decisions and appeals
The ideal candidate will be self-motived whilst being able to support your team, ambitious and eager to learn as no two days are the same, and must be IT literate and comfortable using an online database. You’ll be confident when meeting internal and external customer requirements, organised when managing your own workload, and brilliant at communicating when building long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
Previous motor trade experience or experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
