Job Introduction
Our client is currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join them on a hybrid basis in their Worcester office.
As sales support, you will provide support with client facing documentation such as marketing literature or specific client bid packs/brochures as well as supporting where required at events or networking opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
Day to day your focus will be all things admin! You will support the sales process by completing sales information into the central customer relationship management software, ensuring all information is relevant, accurate and up to date.
This is a customer focussed role ensuring that the services provided are fit for purpose and measuring customer satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate
As well as your proficiency with using Google and its plug-ins, the ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to manage a busy diary around external conference and exhibition opportunities, providing support to social media campaigns alongside our clients marketing solutions.
