What you’ll do
You will own key project based around sales enablement and wider business engagement within the indirect operations readiness area. Run key initiatives aimed at improving partner performance through systems and enablement changes.
- Lead, design and run sales enablement projects
- Engage, design and deliver best in class sales enablement plans for the channel
- Identify on going system, process and proposition needs of channel partners and design and deliver revenue enhancing solutions to these needs
- Own sales and delivery success criteria for Indirect projects
- Manage projects that drive process efficiencies within Partner Channel and hand off new processes into Partner operations
- Identify areas of improvement that will help drive sales revenues and connections
Who you are
Strong communication and presentation skills to guide, influence and convince others both including internal / partners to participate in channel projects and vision.- Internal and external stakeholder engagement and influencing
- Balance business cases, ROI and cost benefits vs the needs and want of Vodafone partners
- Strong internal management skills including how to guide project team members through various stages of projects and sales change.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Ideally you will have previous GTM experience along with external partner/customer/vendor/supplier relationship experience.- Has a proven track record of driving key strategic project to market, along with overcoming complex barriers with a mindset that is solution driven.
