We are a team of 140 professionals made up of highly skilled Architects, Project Managers, Lead/Business Process Consultants and Technical Consultants responsible for helping Computacenter and our customers maximise the benefits of the ServiceNow Platform
We are an Elite ServiceNow partner and use the experience from hundreds of enterprise deployments of the Now Platform to help customers achieve successful transformation outcomes.
What you'll do
- Work with the Computacenter account team to identify ServiceNow opportunities and develop pipeline within customers.
- Lead negotiations, customise negotiation strategy and coordinate complex decision-making processes, whilst overcoming objections to maximize sales opportunities
- Evaluate business challenges and objectives across customers in order to optimise service now opportunities
- Show insight to our customers and partners regarding Service now and offer innovative technology solutions
- Develop strong knowledge of industry trends by developing proactive professional relationships with ServiceNow
- Provide leadership and knowledge to customers and maintain a strong presence in the Service Now community
What you'll need
- Professional sales experience selling ServiceNow solutions
- Experience negotiating large, complex deals
- Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Highly motivated, results-oriented with strong skills in presenting, communicating, organising, multi-tasking and time management
- Experienced in both new business acquisition and existing customer growth
