An opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Soft Services Facilities Manager based at Caswell Science and Technology Park. Bellrock are responsible for the active marketing and leasing of surplus space and the provision of the highest quality facilities services (housekeeping, catering, grounds maintenance) to the Client and the tenants of the park.

  • KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • To manage the sales process that generates income from vacant space.
  • To assist in ensuring occupancy levels are maintained and mitigate churn through successful lease renewals.
  • To carry out a wide range of management and administrative duties required to support the onsite Bellrock Soft FM Team
  • Liaise with the onsite Client Technical Team, Head Office Procurement and Specialist Sub Contractors to enable the satisfactory service is delivered to our clients.
  • To ensure that all customers receive the appropriate induction and are fully briefed on the services on the park.
  • Procurement of parts/services from preferred suppliers, ensuring that all contract related files are updated accordingly, including procurement for Paignton site.
  • Liaise with FM team members to co-ordinate and plan staff holiday whilst keeping the holiday plan up to date
  • Daily update of weekly attendance and time sheet submissions spreadsheet and prepare monthly payroll submission for authorisation by Manager.
  • Collate information required to be used by Manager in preparation of the Monthly Report.
  • Generate sales leads and manage enquiries for vacant space (The letting process)
  • Reporting on activity and progress.
  • Promoting available space to local firms, property agents and 3rd party referral sources.
  • Managing price lists and sales/marketing collateral.
  • Conducting tours and site inspections.
  • Working with on-site team services team to promote additional services.
  • Raising product awareness through various networking streams.
  • Liaise closely with the Client Facilities Manager to ensure all aspects of service delivery are adhered to.
  • Utilise Bellrock central services systems for sickness and absence information, time tracker, budget figures, purchasing tracker, invoice details and postage.
  • To ensure the confidentiality of all the company’s and clients’ documentation and information.
  • To contribute to team performance and adopt a flexible working relationship with other members of team.
  • To maintain compliance with Health and Safety requirements of the business.
  • To be familiar with and comply with the requirements of the company’s procedures.
  • To undertake any specific training when required to do so and overall to have a responsibility towards self-development.

In return Bellrock are offering a competitive salary. Working hours are Monday - Friday based on 37.5 hours per week and 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays.
