Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8EX - Hybrid working options available after completion of training with the option to work from home 3 days per week
Salary: £21,320.04 (OTE £27,320.04)
Contract: Full time – permanent - hybrid working
Hours: 36.25 hours over 5 days a week, Monday to Friday shifts between 8am – 7:15pm and alternate Saturday shifts between 9am – 5:15pm

What will I be doing?
- Striving towards sales goals or retaining customers who are coming to the end of their policy
- Engaging with Customers and building confidence to deliver outstanding customer outcomes on every call
- Identifying customer needs to ensure the correct products are promoted to them whilst resolving all queries
- Pushing for better by using resources, tools and systems available to offer the best customer outcome
- Maintaining focus and composure during peak call times, ensuring each customer receives the same exceptional level of customer service

Your interview

Training and going live on the phones
We’re here to support you at every step. Our expert trainers will guide you through your first few weeks of your induction where you should expect to learn lots about how you’ll support our customers in a fun, collaborative and engaging learning environment. You'll then progress onto the Academy where you'll be supported by your Line Manager and colleagues until you become an expert in our behaviours, products, and systems.
