Our state-of-the-art infrared saunas have been revolutionising the health and wellness industry for over 9 years and we are now looking for a Sales Consultant for the UK & Ireland to join our European team.

The role:

In this busy phone-based B2C role, you will be proactively responding to all inbound leads supplied to you, by us, creating genuine rapport and trust with prospective clients. To complement your proven existing sales skills, you will be excited to learn all about our revolutionary products and associated health benefits, effectively becoming a trusted sauna expert. To be successful you work best with a high degree of autonomy and have a driving sense of efficiency and motivation to achieve and exceed your targets.

As a Clearlight Sales representative you will be responsible for:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls, as well as live chat throughout the day

  • Adopting a consultative and educational approach to recommending the right sauna solution to prospective customers

  • Consistently building, maintaining and managing your sales pipeline

  • Ensuring the CRM system is accurate and up-to-date

  • Monitoring and reporting on the UK market - staying abreast of opportunities as well as competitor developments

  • Participating in interdepartmental and international projects and meetings when appropriate

Here are some qualities and attributes that we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a mainly phone-based sales role

  • A proven successful track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets

  • English as primary language (essential) and knowledge of UK regions and culture (preferred)

  • A high degree of autonomy whilst working closely and collaboratively with the wider international Sales team

  • Experience using CRM systems and ensuring data accuracy, ideally using Infusionsoft/Keap

  • Confident navigating multiple computer software systems (e.g. Google Suite, Slack, Asana)

  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills

  • Ability to manage a high volume of leads and calls in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent time management, responding to enquiries quickly and efficiently

  • Detailed orientated, process-driven, task focused and maintaining accountability

  • Going the extra mile to identify and provide the best solution for each prospective client

  • A demonstrated interest in health and wellness is advantageous

  • Open to feedback, coaching and continuous learning
