Role Description
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be expected to support the delivery of the Learning & Development Strategy of the business, from the initial training to induct and prepare our new starters before they join the operational teams, to the ongoing creation and delivery of technical and soft skills courses.
We are looking for someone proactive and innovative that would help on the development of Personal Development Plans, career paths and the development of graduate and apprenticeship schemes to ensure that all our employees have the right support to be the best at what they do.
