Location Hybrid- Work from home, travel around the sales area. On site: DEYA Brewing Company Unit 27 Lansdown Industrial Estate, Gloucester Road, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 8PL
Additional information This role requires regular travel across South London and the South Coast and you would be working from their home or another location, but also be required to attend the Head Office in Cheltenham for certain meetings, training sessions or other important activities that cannot be conducted remotely
The role
As a Sales Representative, you will be working closely with the London Sales Manager and Head of Sales to help maintain and build DEYA Brewing Company accounts in the London and South Coast of England. You will be required to work some weekends, bank holidays & evenings to attend events and festivals.
Responsibilities
● Work to achieve KPIs set out by London Sales Manager in relation to volumes, profit margin and DEYA brand in the marketplace.
● Produce weekly and monthly Sales Reports on key numbers, KPIs, trends, and forecasts to the London Sales Manager.
● Oversee draft (keg and cask) and small pack (cans and bottles) sales to direct accounts.
● Support direct customers to maintain business relationships and ensure the DEYA product is presented satisfactorily to the consumer.
● Support wholesale customers to ensure DEYA product is represented and presented satisfactorily to the consumer.
● Conduct training sessions with customers to ensure the quality and knowledge of the brand/product is maintained at all times.
● Conduct events with key accounts in agreement with the London Sales Manager and Marketing team. Participate in events and festivals alongside and in agreement with the London Sales Manager.
● Ensure timely communication with the Marketing Team on events.
● Maintain a presence at key and new accounts in designated sales area.
● Accurate and timely data input into relevant brewery and accounting software.
● Monthly visit to DEYA HQ in Cheltenham in agreement with the London Sales Manager.
● Be engaged with the product, customers and DEYA brand and maintain a positive attitude towards continual improvement.

● Ability to plan for and achieve ambitious sales targets.
● Proven new business success, lead generation & account growth.
● Previous sales experience within the food & beverage industry.
● Organised & self-motivated, with great negotiation & communication skills with customers and other employees.
● Competent skills in Microsoft Office and CRM or Brewery Software.
● Demonstrate a passion for the industry and our brand.
● Clean UK driving licence - The role will require you to visit accounts in your respective area.
