As Brock Solutions continues to grow and respond to the on-going requirements of major clients, we need to add talent to our base of outstanding professionals. We are currently seeking an IT Systems Specialist to join our team of experienced professionals located at our Kitchener, Ontario head office location.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deploy software operating system updates automatically using Microsoft management tools or Manually
• Assist internal users with the installation , configuration and usage of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established guidelines.
• Actively trouble shoot technical problems, collaborate with other members of the IT organization as needed to ensure timely resolution issues
• Create and maintain documentation to share information and facilitate repeatability
• Preform other IT tasks as assigned.

• 3-Years of college diploma in information Technology, Computer Systems, Desktop Support or similar
• 2+ years experience in a related role
• Strong knowledge of Windows administration, Active Directory, Group Policies and scripting for systems administration
• Superior customer service skills, professional and courteous
• Attention to detail and committed to a high degree of accuracy in following standards processes
• Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and technologies

Preferred Experience:

• Proficiency in Windows imaging tools such as MDT or Intune Autopilot
• Microsoft 365 applications, services, and management tools
• Wired and wireless network technologies
