Shift pattern - approximately -
Monday/Wednesday & Friday 1.30pm - 9.30pm
Tuesday & Thursday 9am - 5pm

Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Cleaning Manager are-
- Support with recruitment.
· Managing the cleaning team.
· Carry out high standards of cleaning.
· Insure that staff give accurate handovers to other cleaners who are coming on site.
· Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
· Comply with guidelines with regards to the identification and re-porting of health and safety hazards e.g., blocked/locked fire doors.
· Communicate effectively and demonstrate a pleasant, polite, efficient, caring and friendly service.
· Report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities and take such action as may be appropriate.
· Carry out other reasonable tasks and reporting as directed by Facilities Manager.
· To attend any meetings or training courses.
· Manage the recruitment process of cleaners.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant for the Cleaning Manager role:
· Experienced in managing a team.
· Is aware of how to recruit staff.
· Minimum 2 yrs experience in a similar role.
· Can do attitude.
· Possess people skills.
· Basic IT Skills.
· Flexible as they will be required to manage staff that come in the morning , afternoon and evening.
