ZOOCars is a local independent vehicle hire company.
We are looking for a rental sales agent / administrator to join our growing business at our Chiswick branch.
Are you brilliant at creating unbeatable experiences that keep customers coming back time and again? Do you feel comfortable understanding and promoting the extra products and services that suit each person’s needs? If so this is the role you’re looking for?
You will work in is a fast-paced environment placing the customer at the heart of everything you do. Be able to drive all types of cars and vans up to 3.5t. We pride ourselves on delivering unbeatable service and creating an environment where we can celebrate and recognize our employees for the great job they do.
Key Responsibilities of a Rental Sales Agent
- Giving great face to face customer service to our customers
- Building relationships with customers
- Being first point of contact for new customers
- Mon - Fri 7am - 3pm & Sat 7am - 11am
- Planning fleet for reservations
- Being organised
- Being able to advise customers on vehicles and products available
- Working as part of a team
What we are looking for:
- Customer service experience
- Previous experience in vehicle hire is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to suit the business hours
- A full valid driving licence with 12 months’ experience
