Wilsons Heating is looking for a sales professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to grow our propane and HVAC business by responding to sales inquiries, generating leads, and seeking new, profitable opportunities for the business. This role can be considered hybrid remote, with the Sales Consultant working from a home office and visiting client properties across the Moncton area.
Qualities:
- Strong sales skills; able to build relationships with prospects and clients, generate and follow up on incoming leads, and prepare detailed proposals
- Client-focused; able to understand clients' needs and prioritize excellent customer service
- Results-driven and autonomous; able to set goals and make a plan to achieve targets in order to drive business
- Very organized and punctual; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate with prospects and clients in a timely manner
- Team player and solutions-first mentality; able to productively collaborate with other departments, contractors, and clients
Requirements:
Education in Business preferred (degree or diploma)
Experience in sales; experience in selling services or technical products an asset
Drivers licence with a clean driving abstract
