Sales Executive
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative, forward thinking luxury company who is looking to expand their sales team. We are for an exceptional individual with excellent customer service and sales experience.
You will be working in the contact centre where you will be providing customers a friendly but efficient service. This individual needs to be able to resolve customer queries in a timely manner and the aim is to keep client retention in the business. This role offers great commission structure and requires someone with a sales background.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Provide customer with technical support over the phone
· Excellent knowledge on products and services within the business
· Generate leads by building a rapport with customers by upselling, crossing selling to other products and services.
· Work towards KPIs
· Be exceptional team player
The right candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and doing what it takes to help customers. Our ideal candidate has prior customer service, retail, call centre or technical support experience.
