Water Depot has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a part-time Water Treatment Salesperson. Water Depot is Ontario’s largest retail water treatment company. If you are interested in a position that will allow you to grow and challenge yourself, we would love to hear from you.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Water Depot Management Team, the Salesperson will be responsible for following up on provided leads and providing our customers with water treatment solutions tailored to their specific needs. The candidate will be trained on the various pieces of water treatment equipment, how to test water and analyze the results, and how to educate and sell the correct solution for the customer’s needs.

Most appointments will take place in a customer’s home or place of business, in the Kitchener and Guelph areas. A valid G driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract is a must.

As part of the Water Treatment Team, you will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to our customers. You will be selling problem water solutions, including Water Softeners, Reverse Osmosis Systems, Ultraviolet systems, and Whole Home Water Treatment Systems, for both residential and commercial customers.

What We are Looking For:

· Previous Water Treatment experience, either Sales or Servicing (not essential).

· A valid G drivers license.

· Ability to discuss and explain all products and provide solutions to their needs.

· Possess an outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills.

· Ability to work as scheduled to meet customer appointment requests.

· Customer service oriented.

· Strong listening and communication skills.

· Proficient with computers, able to learn new software and processes.

· Mature and responsible with sound decision making skills.

· Retail, sales, service, or customer service experience is a great asset.

As part of the Water Depot Sales Team, each member is responsible for ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience by suggesting the right products and services necessary to complete their needs. A passion for solving problems and willingness to develop product knowledge are key components of this role.
