Škoda have an exciting opportunity for a Direct Sales Programme Manager to join our Direct Sales team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery and future development roadmap for Retail Agency, eCommerce, Connected Car and Accessory Sales projects within the Brand. The role will allow you to work across Group and Brand teams to drive improvements in our online and offline journeys and ensure we are offering all our customers the best possible experience. It will involve delivering on-time, in budget programme changes to a level which helps to achieve our commercial objectives.
Some of the wider activities you will cover in this role include; driving major business transformation projects such as eCommerce and Agency, gaining stakeholder agreement and buy-in across Škoda and the wider Group and supporting the wider Direct Sales team on delivering and improving our new sales channel experiences.
The ideal candidate should have a thirst for driving change, ability to innovate and an excellent track record of delivering cross-functional projects in an organisation of similar complexity to VWG UK. As well as possessing strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills; you should also have a proven ability to quickly develop strong effective relationships with commercial, creative and technical people. Previous experience of working with an eCommerce solution would also be desirable, although not essential.
