Job description
As a BMW Sales Executive, you will use your customer service expertise to guide our customers through the sales process, offering in-depth knowledge of our products including finance, insurance and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer satisfaction by providing all customers with quality and excellence and to consistently exceed internal and external customer expectations.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Self motivated and positive outlook
- A minimum of 1 year's experience within the automotive sector, specifically sales
- Ability to work within a defined sales process environment
- Customer centric attitude
- Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm in disposition and composed under stress
