What make a successful Sales Executive?

Putting it simply, as a Sales Executive, you sell vans! Being consistently successful however, takes something more, something extra.

What we are looking for in you is a special combination of product expert, able to tailor a package to a customers’ needs, the ambition to proactively seek out and secure sales from new and existing relationships and above all else, the people-focus to deliver an exceptional experience each and every time.

We back your talent with everything you could need to be a high-performing Sales Executive. From our proven induction training and a continuing PDP, a supportive team environment, access to a stock of over 1000 high-quality vehicles and a broad portfolio of aftersales and finance services – we give you all of the tools to help you meet the needs of even the most demanding customers.

About you

• Firstly, you are an experienced Sales Executive who thrives in customer-focused, target driven sales environments – An advantage if you are already successful motor trade sales professional who knows exactly how to get up to speed with minimum fuss.
• Preferably, you know light commercials inside-out and upside-down – you are passionate about the vehicles and services you work with and your customers trust you to help them secure the vehicle and F&I solution they need.
• You have a target-driven, commercially minded business approach – you take responsibility for your own success and make the most of the opportunities you source in your pipeline of new and existing customers.
• You get involved in every part of your business – you take pride in understanding exactly what makes your business tick and lead by example, setting high standards.
• You build your success on building great relationships – whether a colleague or a customer you understand what is important to those you speak with and meet. As Sales Executive, you will know just how get the best out of people.

• A rewarding starting salary with a realistic OTE between £35k - £50k per annum
