Due to exciting growth plans, we are working with a prestigious, global brand who are seeking for a CRM Assistant initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join the Customer Relationship Management department, which is a small but close-knit team. The company has growth strategies in place for the short, medium and long term, therefore there could be an opportunity for you to become a permanent employee, perhaps as a CRM Assistant or in a role where your strengths lie.
This role offers a fantastic remuneration package of a basic salary up to £30,000. Along with above market basic salary, this position offers fantastic benefits and opportunities to further develop in the company. You will be working Monday – Friday, with flexible working hours and a lunchtime finish every Friday.

Key duties:
- Responsible as part of a team for supporting delivery of the CRM strategy, marketing automation of the company’s online customer journey.
- Become an expert and create business value from Dynamics Marketing Automation platform by delivering personalised and relevant next best action email communications for new and existing. customers.
- Assist in the global role out of our Dynamics 365 Sales platform, both with planning, co-ordinating training, market launched, dealer set up, onboarding and operation support tasks.
- Oversee new Dynamics 365 projects such as, but not limited to, WhatsApp integration and video chat.
- Manage and utilise data in our Customer Insights platform.
- Creating and delivering Marketing campaigns within Dynamics 365 Marketing, including email creation, copy writing, email testing & journey creation.
- Utilise existing Event apps to deliver best practice guidelines to markets and monitor usage and updates centrally.
- Deliver AB test plans, running regular tests to improve performance.
- Reporting on performance of key projects and campaigns.
- Assisting the Global CRM Co-ordinator with ad-hoc market emails or requests.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Global CRM Co-Ordinator.
Key Skills:
Essential
- 1+ year(s) experience of creating & sending emails.
- Excellent communication skills, clear and concise written and verbal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent computer and analytical skills.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Well-presented and professional in approach.
Desirable
- Have an analytical approach to decision making and be comfortable analysing large data sets to create business improvement plans.
- Previous experience of working within an automotive or manufacturing environment.
- Experience using photoshop or similar software would be a benefit in this role.
- Degree in Business or Marketing.
