Our talent acquisition team manages a streamlined recruitment process for our global Finance, Internal Audit, Ethics Office, Corporate Strategy, and Corporate Development teams. The team continually works with hiring managers and HR to achieve efficient and effective hiring processes, and to provide a positive candidate experience for our potential new colleagues!
As a Sourcing Coordinator, you will collaborate with various members of the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to support our hiring efforts as we grow our organization. You will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality candidates through sourcing and creating a world-class interview experience for each candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels.
- Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process.
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency.
- Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.
- Minimum 2 - 4+ years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment)
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
