This is where you come in. We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Solution Sales Specialist with a primary focus on ITSM and ESM to develop solution sales in the Jira Service Management market. In this role you will be a key part of our growth plans, using your understanding of a client's organisation and sector to lead, collaborate with, educate, and position compelling Service Management solutions to client organisations. By gaining the client’s trust you will drive change and progress for the client by evolving innovative ideas and valuable solutions thereby identifying, developing and managing a portfolio of client relationships capable of meeting your Annual goals.

Things you will be working on

- Developing and executing a sales plan, creating and maintaining accurate sales forecasts in new and existing accounts across multiple industries in the Service Management space.

- Identifying, developing and managing a portfolio of accounts and opportunities capable of producing your yearly quota.

- Driving all aspects of the sales cycle including; proposals, scoping, pricing, contract negotiations and internal processing of orders.

- Work closely with Atlassian representatives to ensure client/prospect alignment and to ensure best value is presented to stakeholders.

- Develop, negotiate, and close a mix of existing and new business opportunities with prospective and existing clients

- Conducting thorough research and analysis to understand client's strategies, priorities and initiatives prior to engagement.

- Leveraging your knowledge of clients and industries to uncover needs and identify innovative value add solutions.

- Influencing clients' strategic agendas, in line with emerging industry trends, and work collaboratively with them to execute those plans - incorporating customized and/or complex solutions + services.

- Developing a strategy and road map to drive growth within the assigned geography.

- Tracking all customer contact including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting.

- Working collaboratively with Professional and Managed Services to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Attain and maintain proficiency in the Agile and ITSM, ESM markets and with the Atlassian solutions.

Who are we looking for:

- An individual with significant IT Service Management experience within FTSE 350, large private companies, and UK Public Sector organisations. You ideally have worked in a consulting environment offering B2B solutions.

- Someone who has successfully sold a range of ITSM and ESM solutions.

- An individual with significant strategic sales experience with the ability to sell value and articulate business solutions.

- Someone with the ability to understand the competition in this rapidly growing practice within Valiantys.

- An individual with experience in digital transformation and agile practices solutions sales.

- Someone who is able to build a solid revenue stream by leveraging a range of mechanisms including social networking e.g. LinkedIn.

- This position can be remote, utilise our office by The Shard, or be hybrid.
