We have an entrepreneurial spirit that's brought us a lot of success and we're looking for several E-commerce Sales Representatives to join the team. These are long term, seasonal roles and are 100% work-from-home! Hours are normal business hours, with 35 - 40 hours per week schedules and are expected to start mid-July and go through the end of December. Because the positions will need to use company equipment, they must be based in the Atlanta metro area to pick up/return the equipment.
Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company by contacting current, lapsed and new customers in an effort to grow HoneyBaked sales, with a primary focus on shipped product, and a secondary focus on other sales opportunities (retail stores, Franchise stores, etc.).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Contact (Call and e-mail) current, lapsed and prospective customers following the sales steps provided.
- Deliver sales targets through retention of current customers and attracting new customers to purchase.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by answering in-coming customer calls and responding to inquiries or requests. Responsibilities include assisting business customers with orders and questions, logging the information into M-Task/CMS, tracking shipments, answering billing/payment questions, and resolving all customer issues with available resources.
- Remain well versed on products and promotions from catalog and retail store lines.
- Works within the discount and pricing structure when sending quotes and/or making sales.
- Proactively resolve customer issues to increase customer satisfaction.
- Provide sales support for retail store sales representatives and franchise store owners.
- Comply with all PCI Compliance Rules and Regulations
YOUR TRACK RECORD
- 2 years of customer service/call center experience.
- High School Education, some college helpful.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Must be sharp, enthusiastic, and have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive customer service attitude required.
- Ability to prioritize work day and take direction from Supervisor.
- Possess good problem solving and time management skills.
- Ideal candidates will be comfortable handing high volume incoming calls, have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick and effective decisions
- Outbound sales experience preferred
WHAT ELSE TO KNOW?
Willing to work some overtime and weekends as requested by supervisor. Available to work any hours from 8am till 6pm; possible full-time position in the future; monthly cell phone reimbursement; potential performance bonus;

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
