Travel Sales Representative – Chester – Up to £22,000 plus commission
Based in the heart of Chester, this successful and leading investment property company are continuing to grow and are therefore looking for a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Representative.
Joining this successful team, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional sales skills and passion for travel to create memorable experiences for our customers.
What you will be doing
- Generate leads and proactively seek out new business opportunities in the travel industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their travel preferences and needs
- Develop customised travel packages tailored to meet the unique requirements and budgets of clients
- Keep in regular contact with existing clients for their travel needs
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Handle all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact and follow-up to closing the sale and post-sales support
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and travel bookings in our CRM system
What you will have
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Previous customer service experience, face to face or over the telephone
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure profitable deals
- IT literate
- Familiarity with various reservation systems and travel booking platforms
