Customer Contact Operations Manager
Fixed Term Contract 6 months

We’re looking for a Customer Contact Operations Manager to work with our existing team to ensure the Customer Contact operation is efficient and all Service Levels are met as well as supporting improvements to customer experience activities in our operation on a 6-month fixed term contract. As well as building internal partnerships within Customer Contact, you’ll work with shared service departments and external suppliers to deliver results. We’ll expect you to work with your peers to set and drive the delivery of standards, promote, and embed a positive colleague engagement environment as a leader within Operations.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Operational leadership experience to lead and manage improvement delivery whilst maintaining a market leading customer experience, ideally within financial services or a regulated industry.
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to communicate openly with Team Managers and staff on key issues, department progress and achievement against business objectives and plans.
- Expertise in Customer Contact that supports strategy through tactical and operational management as well as supporting complex transformational programmes.
- Experience in people management and coaching in an Operational environment.
- Risk management experience: ability to manage and control departmental risks ideally in a Financial Services environment.
