We are looking for an experienced and motivated Field Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing product information, obtaining clients housing disrepair issues.
Roles and responsibilities:
* You’ll be responsible for new field sales within a designated territory. Spending your time pursuing your own leads and achieving a weekly sales target
* Door to Door field sales
* Build a network amongst client partnerships to become a specialist within your territory and be seen as the lead point of contact for the Tenant Support programs
* Complete damage reports and obtain images/videos of visible damage
* Collaborate with your dedicated office agent, who will be your first point of contact, provide ongoing support and training and daily updates on your cases

We provide a wide variety of residential council and housing association properties across the UK with unrivalled welfare solutions for internal and external damages neglected by the council for periods longer than 6 months - including damp, mould. We also provide clients with no win no fee incentives and confirmation of repairs and replacements. We work solely with solicitors for completion of all client cases for rapid response repairs and incentive payouts.
Where you'll work:
The role will be field based, and you will be expected to travel within your territory.
This position is covering Wigan and surrounding areas visiting council and housing association properties enrolling clients for current and future building repairs via our tenant support program. Our services are completely free of charge, requires a simple completion of a form, a few pictures of the damages and the claim will be handled by our solicitors. Every case completed are rewarded very generously with uncapped commissions.
You will be on a self employed role with the option to run a team underneath you working cases and earning commissions from successful accepted cases.
This role is commission based. Generous uncapped commission plus performance bonus.

Essential: Driving License, Field Sales Experience
