Responsibilities:
- Representing our comprehensive range of products and services, primarily our career development coaching programme packages and CRM software.
- Identifying, establishing, and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
- Delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations of our coaching programmes and CRM software to a range of potential clients.
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals on a consistent basis.
- Gathering and analyzing customer needs to understand how our solutions can fulfill their requirements.
- Providing feedback to our team regarding customer concerns.
- Participating in team meetings and sales training regularly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales; experience in the education and software sector is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in presenting and public speaking.
- Proficiency in English.
