As a New Business Executive - you will be at the core of our company's growth, supporting our Business Development team in client acquisition and the wider company growth.
We have managed to make a name in the market as one of the largest global Linkedin marketing agencies - working with over 500 clients, across 20+ countries. Our company has experienced incredible growth over the last 12 months - and this is all down to our amazing team!
At StraightIn, we believe in growing and building our team and have a proven track record of successfully working with apprentices, and giving them the building blocks to a very successful careers journey with us. Our first is now one of our Client Operations Managers!
What will you be doing?
Starting as a ‘New Business Executive’ you will begin by working in a supporting function for our Sales team. Much like our core team of Account Managers, you will be working to generate leads through LinkedIn - but, instead of doing this for external clients, you will be doing this for us!
Month 1 - 6
- Creating Lead generation Campaigns for StraightIn
- Handling conversations with potential new clients
- Creating searches on Linkeidn for Key Decision Makers
- Reporting results on a weekly basis to our Sales Director
At Month 6, you will have the chance to make a decision about whether you would like to progress into Account Management or Sales…
Month 6-12
- 50/50 split of responsibilities; New Business Lead Generation & Phone Sales, or New Business Lead Generation & Client Account Management
- Sales: Cold Calling, Full Sales Calls, Market research
- Account Management: Lead Generation & outreach for clients around the world, Renewal & Upsell calls, Weekly reporting for Clients, Conducting Sales driven conversations through LinkedIn
After completing your Apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to work with us Full time as an Account Manager or Sales Development Representative!
Who are you?
Don’t worry if this is all new to you, we can offer you all of the training you need, as long as you have the right attitude and some transferable skills….
- At least 1 year of experience in either retail, hospitality or a customer service-based role
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (C- A or 5-9 - this must include Maths & English)
- Strong communication; both with your team and your clients
- Confident with organising your time and day
- A strong drive for learning and career development
- Driven to work your way up and develop your career
- A fast-paced environment doesn’t scare you away
- Positive attitude and outlook
